There are tons of ways you can store your nail polish to easily see what you've got (IE. nail racks). However, if you are like me they are stored in a box/drawer and hidden out of site. I'm married and to be honest with you I don't care for the look of makeup/polish/products hanging around everywhere. Maybe someday i'll have a room dedicated to all my girlie things. HA! Wishful thinking for sure.
This is how I find what nail polish I want to wear without having to pick up every bottle. This also comes in handy if you are again like me and have a pretty decent size nail polish collection.
BREAKDOWN:
Things you'll need:
nail polish color wheels (check local salon stores or ebay for these)
nail polish
sharpie (optional; I used for marking the backs with brand name)
towel (optional; I used while painting the wheels as not to make a mess)
This is how they look when your done. I separated my nail polishes by brand and marked the backs with a sharpie to make them even easier to find. This takes a little while, especially if you have lots of polishes, but super cheap to do. The color wheels costed me around 3 dollars as I ordered them off ebay.
NOTE: Make sure you give them lots of time to dry before stacking the wheels!!
