Next week is Thanksgiving and you know what that means? Turkey, stuffing, greens, mac & cheese, rolls and tons of dessert! Instead of taking a nap after consuming all of that yummy goodness, get together with the family and pop in Just Dance 4 from UbiSoft!
Warning: This game is full of high cardio intensity and you will burn a ton of calories. If you’re not a marathon runner, you may want to keep a large bottle of water nearby in between dances. This is a hardcore sweat-induced heart- pumping exciting game that you will enjoy either on your own or with a friend. I played this game on my own and had so much fun reminiscing with oldies but goodies like Jennifer Warnes and Bill Medley’s “Time of My Life” to pop hits like “Umbrella” by Rhianna.
You can easily burn hundreds of calories within a matter of minutes in Just Dance 4. The goal of this game is to mirror the actions of the avatar dancer on the screen. The more accurately your actions reflect theirs, the more points you attain. You can measured by being “ok” “good” or “perfect” or you can completely miss the mark. Some songs are more difficult than others, and as you progress throughout the game and level up, the difficulty gets more challenging, which means even MORE calories are being burned in the process.
I’m not a gym person, and I certainly don’t enjoy going out running. However, if I’m going on an exercise regime, then I’m going to enjoy myself and pop in the Just Dance 4 game on my Wii.
So on Thanksgiving Day or even the week of, if you start feeling guilty about eating tons of home made goods from buttery sweet rolls to pumpkin pie cheesecake, play the Just Dance 4 game on your own or with a friend and burn off those calories and have fun in the process. It’s a win-win either way!
This makes a great stocking stuffer! You can purchase the Just Dance 4 game on Amazon.com or ToysRUs.com
