Mi-Me Beauty Tip Of The Week



Today, like most days I woke up just wanting the skin on my face to be smooth, toned, and moisturized. Ok, so of course I wanted a few more things, but we'll stick to what matters. Anyway, while watching TV I came across a tip that I couldn't wait to try and then share. So here it is: take sheets or pieces of dried seaweed (your local grocery store should have it) and dip them in lukewarm water and place them all over your face. Try to leave as little area uncovered as possible.
Leave the seaweed mask on for 15 - 20 minutes, then wash it off with warm water, and then pat your skin dry. The Essential Fatty Acids, Zinc, Ceramides, Oxidants, Alpha Hydroxy Acids and Vitamin A & E in the seaweed will cleanse and detoxify the skin, improve elasticity, stimulate renewal of damaged skin cells, tone the skin, and do a great job moisturizing and smoothing. So the next time you find yourself thinking about what you want don't forget to add smooth, toned, amazing looking skin to the list.
