Mi-Me Beauty Tip Of The Week



Things have been hopping in The Mi-Me Lab. After a long day of making and shipping products, tweeting, pinning and and replying to emails, this half of the Mi-Me Crew is exhausted. I’m usually tired but too wired to sleep with the adrenaline of the day is still pumping through my veins. Lack of sleep can make our skin dull and lead to dark circles and an increase of general crankiness.

Use this tip to improve the quality of your beauty sleep and to help lull you happily into a restful slumber.

In a dark colored glass bottle with a dropper top, combine 10 drops of ylang ylang essential oil, 6 drops of vetiver essential oil, 4 drops of cinnamon essential oil, and 4 drops of ginger essential oil. Shake well to mix. Rub 2 or more drops into the soles of each foot and beneath each toe. Those with sensitive skin can add 5 to drops into a palm full of a light oil, like grapeseed. This sensuously scented blend will help you relax and nod off before you even think about having to count sheep.
