Thanks to social media, I have the awesome opportunity to see websites like this that embraces blerdy culture. As of 11/25/12, three BGN's were awarded the distinguished recognition by the website liveunchained.com for Black Girl Geeks. The website honors black women in arts and literature and praises girls with a geeky distinction to their cause.
