broccoli chicken cheese bake
You need:
1 deep 13x9 glass baking dish
2 bags frozen broccoli florets
Cooked chicken, about 1 ½ pounds (you might not use all of this.)
1 ½ cups chicken stock
2 bags shredded cheddar cheese (use mild, it melts better, but you can mix half and half mild and sharp)
3 tablespoons parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Bread Crumbs Optional for a little crunch)
Directions
Dice chicken into ½ inch pieces set aside. Spray baking dish with pam, and add 1 bag of the defrosted broccoli florets. Season with salt and pepper.
Cover lightly with some of the cheese. Place the cut chicken on top of the cheese/broccoli and top with more cheese. Add the remaining broccoli on top, pour in the chicken stock and cover the top with the remaining cheese and parmesan cheese and bread crumbs. Bake at 350 for ½ hour, or until it it bubbly, and a little toasted on top. Serve immediately
