Project Pretty March: Organizing & Decorating Your Home Office

Now that I have finally finished my Operation Live Simple and decluttered and rid my entire home of unwanted, unused and things that I just didn't love anymore it's time for me to move on and make my home organized and pretty. Just in time for us to PCS no doubt. haha! My hubby got the email the other day to pick his new duty station areas. We would ultimately like to PCS before our daughter starts Kindergarten this fall but if not then hopefully we can at least stick around until next Summer. As much as I don't like moving I am ready to move on from here. No offense to anyone who lives in Kansas but we are both hoping to get closer to home (TN), closer to family, closer to where we plan to retire (6 years left... collective YAY!!). Now that I've rambled enough, on to what the post is actually about.

In the upcoming months I'm going to be doing project pretty meaning I'm going to be focusing on organizing and decorating different areas of my home each month. I got rid of all the stuff I didn't need now I'm anxious to get it all functional and not just functional but pretty too. I tend to have so many projects going at one time that sometimes I find that nothing ever gets done. Am I the only one that does that? I could literally be working on one project thinking about starting another one. FOCUS!! That needs to be my word of the ~~month~~ year. Hopefully this Project Pretty will also help me knock out my 13 projects for 2013 as well.

For March I'm going to be focusing on our home office.

Every first Thursday of a new month is when I'll make a new Project Pretty area post. Throughout the month my project posts will probably be mainly focused on things I've created or done in those areas. I would also like to feature some of you bloggers as well. If you have a home office post you would like featured some time this month then please shoot me an email. Whether it be a full makeover post or just something you organized, made pretty or created for your office.

At the end of every month I will do a review post and most likely a link up for everyone to add their office pretties to share.
