The glue has a shimmery base that you apply to your eyelids. Be sure to apply just a minuscule amount. If you over do it, then it will look to shiny and it will be harder to get off at the end of the night. Apply a sprinkle of glitter on each eyelid. There is no need to reapply it will last for hours!
