After learning drama direction from Mostofa Sarwar Faruki he started his own work like bangle natok, drama serial, and TV commercial advertisement from Chobial production house. Iftekhar Ahmed Fahmi’s most popular creation is Telefilm "Amader Golpo" Drama Houseful, Fifty fifty, Murir Tin, Kobi bolesen etc. Fahim establish a new and unique direction style in Bangladeshi entertainment industry and now he is a famous and icon director in Bangladesh.
After long time journey in media direction Iftekhar Ahmed Fahmi stated his first bangla movie ‘To be Continue” with bangla music Singer Tahsan and Bangladeshi film actress Purnima and here they played the main characters.
