Celebrity Couple Seeking Marriage Counseling

Prior to settling down, former child actress (CA) was once the toast of her network. Whenever her contract was about to expire and rumors of her transfer were loud, the network would not think twice of retaining CA. Thus, CA was very secure with her career and following.

After years of being single, CA finally found her husband (HH). HH was charming and exuded an image that was quite opposite of CA who  appealed to the masses while HH was perceived as the "cono" one. When they finally admitted they were a couple, HH became closer to the masses, but CA tried to be at par with the image of HH. CA's weight loss amazed the public who claimed to have done normal routine of exercise and diet. At that time, she was endorsing a weight-loss product, so it was no big deal.

After marriage, CA had limited appearance on primetime. After CA gave birth, theirs was the image of an ideal family. After the weight gain, CA quickly lost much of it, and again, the public was astounded - such commitment and discipline - so they said. While at it, the network had found some bankable stars, and thus, CA had to wait for projects. A change in her forte did not bring as much attention as it had been with her teledramas.

While CA took it easy, HH was doing the rounds of channels. His image quite improved as he was now seen as a responsible family man. However, prior to marriage, HH had the reputation of being a lady’s man. When everything was quiet on the front, rumors of separation started to buzz. Both laughed it off and treated it as a bad joke, yet  apparently, CA had a jealous streak. She was becoming so insecure such that HH could no longer stand it. Instead of breaking apart, the couple decided to seek intervention to work out their problems.

Are the pressures of marriage, motherhood, and career getting on her nerves?

Perhaps CA can learn from Drew Barrymore, who said “I never have been insecure, because I see what a waste it is. I know there is a solution to insecurity. I don't tend to be thrown by problems that don't have solutions. And insecurity has a wealth of alternatives.”
