With all good things comes a bit of bad and with sunshine, beach/pool days, grilling, drinks on the patio, fireworks, and road trips also comes damaged hair brought on by simply indulging in everything we love about summer. This year use this tip to help repair and protect your mane. Crack 1-2 eggs into a bowl making sure to remove the white of the egg (for dryer hair add 1-2 Tbsp of Olive Oil), beat the egg and then generously apply to your scalp and hair. Leave it on for 30 minutes to 1 hour before washing it out with a mild shampoo and warm H2O. 

Applying the yolk to your hair will soften it, add shine and bounce, add moisture and hydration, rid you of split ends, repair damaged brittle hair and prevent breakage; not to mention the vitamin B12 and sulfur in the yolk will help your hair grow faster and add volume.
