I didn't put out many 4th decorations this year but I did make a new rag tie garland. Perfect for the 4th and all Summer long too. If you want the tutorial you can check out how I made my Valentine's Day one here. It is made the same just with different fabric. I'm obsessed with these garlands. So far I've made one for Valentine's Day, Spring (which I don't think I ever posted) and now the 4th. My next one will probably be either a birthday one for my daughter or a Fall/Halloween one.
