HAPPY EARTH DAY!!!
Our children and/or grandchildren depend on us becoming a greener community. They are the ones that will be here when we are all gone so we have to teach them now that it's important to reduce, reuse, recycle, restore and replenish. The best thing about going green and being eco-friendly is that it doesn't have to be stiff and boring. There are lots of ways that you can step into it. One of my ways to be eco-friendly is buying thrift and donating my unused items so others can do the same. Here are some great ways you can recycle, restore and reuse some old or thrifted items.
All of these projects are fairly simple so finding ways to become eco-friendly can be easy and in a lot of ways kid friendly too. We can teach them how to do the same. Having a green community for our future grandkids and even their children will be even that more important. Teach good habits now and an appreciation of the Earth.
How do you like to go green?
