We are just barely over a week out from Thanksgiving and there is nothing better than enjoying the holidays with some of your funniest memories. I wanted to share one of my favorite memories of Thanksgiving and you can pop over to NickMom to find all sorts of hilarious holiday humor.
So my story involved these two wonderful ladies...
My Mom...
and my Aunt.
No lie, they would both kill me for sharing this story but it's to much of a hoot not to share.
So, it's Thanksgiving night and our yearly routine is to plan out our Black Friday adventure right after we eat. We drag out all the ads and have them spread out across the dining room table trying to decide which place to hit up first. This is back a few years ago when all the stores were still opening at like midnight instead of 6pm on Thanksgiving Day. We get everything sorted and plan to meet back up at 9 pm so that we can get to were we are going in plenty of time.
It's my mom, aunt, myself and my cousin who is the daughter to my aunt going on this Black Friday shopping trip. We are at our destination but we decide to go to McDonald's so we can get us something to drink. There is a huge line in the McDonald's parking lot. I mean it is out the parking lot and around the corner. Everyone must have had the same idea as us. I guess we waited in this line for 30 minutes or more before we got up to the drive through box. We pull up and on the box is a sign that says "Closed" so we are thinking no way that all of these cars have waited in this line if they are closed.
My aunt decides she is going to pull around to the window and starts knocking on the glass. At this point we realize they really are closed and start laughing so hard. If you know my mom and aunt you know that them and laughing is never a good thing. My mom pees in her pants from laughing so hard and then no lie my aunt pees in her pants from laughing at my mom. It was a pee fest!!
So here my cousin and I are just staring at each other like who the heck did we just come shopping with. We were an hour from home so it wasn't a lets go real quick and change clothes kind of deal. That would have been great but no we had to go into Wal-Mart. At the time it was the only store open yet and purchase them both new underwear and pants. All I can say is it's a good thing we didn't pee our pants. ;)
