This skincare product is a super gentle scrub made for your body and face to smooth and brighten the skin. It has salicylic acid which helps with any acne issues but does not have sulfates or phthalates. If you have super sensitive skin the beads might be too much for you but my skin is fairly sensitive and I had no problems at all with it, even on my face.
I use it mainly on my face because one of the cons is that it's expensive. It retails for $36 which for me is more than I would normally spend on a facial scrub. I have noticed a difference in my skin after using this though. I'm only turning 31 this year so I don't have crazy wrinkles or anything but even then I can see a noticeable difference in how more smooth my skin appears after having used this for a few weeks. I will say though I am very much an advocate for early skincare. I may not have wrinkles at 30 but I have also taken care of my skin. If you are in your early 20s don't think you shouldn't or don't need to worry about anti-aging. You may not need creams yet but a good diet, moisturizing and most of all sunscreen is super important, even more so if you a genetically leaning towards early wrinkles and fine lines.
Back to the product, I have found this to be a little drying, which is unfortunate for my already dry skin but because of that I just use it a few times a week and moisturize afterwards. I've almost come to expect dryness from all exfoliators. I haven't truly found but maybe one that hasn't dried my skin out. The smell is just mild. It doesn't smell great nor does it smell horrible. I really don't have any true opinions on how it works for the body because I haven't used mine for the body outside of just rubbing what was leftover on my hands down my arms.
I give this product 4 stars.
I like it enough to purchase it again, despite the expensive price. However, there are some people that I wouldn't recommend it to. If you have super super sensitive skin this product (along with most exfoliators) won't work for you. It also can be a bit drying so if you already have dry skin you may dislike that fact. Overall though I enjoy it and would definitely repurchase.
