A sick day is inevitable, especially during the cold and flu season. Here is a fun way we like to combat the sick day blues.
One of the things you always have right by your side when you have a cold is your trusted tissues. We like to turn our tissue boxes into fun decorated boxes. You can make your own with supplies you probably already have on hand.
Supplies Needed:
Kleenex Tissues
Wrapping Paper
Construction Paper
Glue
Scissors
Other Embellishments (optional)
You can do this sick day craft with construction paper only or if you have stickers or other craft supplies you like to use those would be great too.
Directions:
Step 1: Wrap up your Kleenex tissues like you would a regular present.
Step 3: Decorate your box to your liking. My daughter decided she wanted to do a Christmas tree.
Step 4: Snuggle back under your covers and have a movie day with your tissues right by yourself. The best spot to be when you are battling the sick day blues.
